Dixon has led the way with innovative designs and energy efficient solutions. Dixon Homes was the first to introduce solar hot water as standard with our homes in 1997 and the first to introduce energy efficient Solar Power Photo Voltaic systems in Cairns 2010 to suit our local climate.

This system also incorporates both mandatory inspections and certifications along with 14 additional inspections to ensure the build is completed to Dixon Homes’ high standards. The systems also undergo an external audit to achieve Quality Assurance to ISO9001:2015.
